Khloe and Lamar
SECRETLY Selling Family Home

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are packing it in -- we've learned they are secretly selling their Tarzana mansion.
Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe has given several San Fernando Valley realtors a pocket listing -- meaning the house will not appear in the multiple listing service. It's being done on the down low. Any prospective buyer must pre-qualify before seeing the house, meaning they must have the dough to buy the crib.
We're told Khloe and Lamar want a cool $4 mil for the house. They paid $3.95 million in 2009.
Our sources say Khloe is the driving force behind the sale, telling realtors she wants to "start fresh and move on."
Title to the house is held in both Khloe and Lamar's names.
As TMZ first reported, Khloe intends to divorce Lamar, but no documents have been prepared or filed because she knows he's in a fragile state and doesn't want to push him over the edge.

Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen is a fantastic father who dotes over his children and is always there for them ... this according to Denise Richards.
TMZ has obtained a document submitted to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, written by Denise Richards. The title is "Visitation Log." Denise outlines Charlie's involvement with Sam and Lola -- the kids they had together, as well as Bob and Max -- the twins he had with Brooke Mueller.
The document -- which Denise was required to keep because she was Charlie's monitor when he visited the twins -- was included in her documents to show DCFS Charlie has been a capable, even excellent parent, whereas Brooke has been a disaster.
Here's the outline of Charlie's involvement:
-- Sept. 22 We all had dinner together. Charlie stayed until bedtime
-- Sept 25 Visit after school till after dinner
-- Sept. 29 We all went to watch our daughters ride, petting zoo, and dinner with friends
-- Oct 2 Boys and their dad and I took the girls to their dance class after school. Bob and Lola put on a dance show for all of us before bed. Their father stayed until bedtime
-- Oct 4 Boys field trip for school. We all went together. Spent the morning until 1:30 PM
-- Oct 6 Charlie was with us for the boys' drum lesson. Watched them play and went to play ball with boys. His friend and sons met us as well
-- Oct 9 I had friends and their children over for a dinner party. Charlie was with us. He left right after bedtime
-- Oct 16 The kids all came to my set at work. Charlie met us there. At my dinner break we all ate together
-- Oct 20 Charlie and his chef came over and she made brunch for us. Sam had a big project for school he spent time working on that. And also did art with boys
-- Oct 23 Dinner/homework with girls. Read stories to the kids
-- Oct 27 Spent late afternoon into evening with us
-- Oct 31 Went trick or treating with us, afterwards came back to my house to help me put everyone to bed
TMZ broke the story ... Denise has sent material to DCFS explaining how it has become impossible to care for Bob and Max -- she's the temporary guardian -- because of Brooke's interference.
We're told Brooke tried to get the judge to strip Denise of guardianship Wednesday but failed.

Justin Bieber has officially KILLED his plans to create a clothing line called "Wild Kidz" -- but he's letting one of his old lackies munch on the scraps ... TMZ has learned.
Of course, "Wild Kidz" was that stupid catch phrase Bieber and his friends Lil Za and Lil Twist would shout while doing dumb crap like pissing in mop buckets and flipping off ex-Presidents.
Bieber's people filed paperwork to trademark the phrase for a clothing line back in September ... and it seemed like the brand was on the fast track to production.
But as we previously reported, Bieb and the Lils started having some problems with their relationship (Bieb kicked 'em out of his Calabasas home) ... and in October, Lil Twist made a play for the brand by filing a trademark application for the name "W.I.L.D. Kidz." (See what he did there?)
Clearly, a war was brewing ... but sources tell us Bieber is planning to wave the white flag because he's OVER the company -- and doesn't care enough to fight Twist for the rights to the name.
So in the end, Twist gets everything he wanted ... well almost everything ... 'cause he's still banned from sleepovers at Justin's place. Sad.

He Wasn't Drunk!

"Tropic Thunder" star Brandon T. Jackson was kicked off his US Airways
flight for no reason -- at least according to the passenger sitting
next to him on the plane, who tells TMZ, Jackson was NOT drunk as the
airline claims.As we previously reported, Brandon was escorted off his flight from NYC to LA on Monday during a layover in Phoenix ... after flight attendants accused him of being drunk and disorderly.
Brandon went off on Twitter after the incident, claiming a flight attendant accused him of being drunk, hurled a racial epithet at him -- and for good measure added, "I don"t care if you're Obama's son -- get in your seat!!"
We spoke to Darrell Howard, who was sitting next to Brandon, and he says he doesn't recall hearing the Obama comment ... but insists Jackson was NOT drunk -- and had no more than two drinks (Jack and gingers) during the 5-and-a-half hour flight from NYC to Phoenix.
Howard also says Brandon shared a few scripts with him and another passenger -- backing up the actor's claim that he told the angry flight attendant he was just "rehearsing lines" with the people next to him.
Howard added Brandon was nothing but nice, and he was shocked to see the flight attendant snap the way she did.
US Airways has said it stands behind its flight attendants.

Charlie Sheen was admonished by the judge in the war involving Bob and Max -- the twins at the center of the war between Charlie and Brooke Mueller -- if he opens his mouth again about the case, he's going to jail.
Here's the best part. We're told at one point the judge said, "Don't forget, I'm Italian!"
Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... the judge issued a temporary restraining order against Charlie. The TRO re-instates the gag order, prohibiting them from talking about the case.
We're told the judge was upset with Charlie, who called the jurist a fatty and a douchebag on TMZ Live.
Under the TRO ... we're told Charlie is prohibited from going within 200 yards of Brooke. He's also not allowed to contact Brooke. To that we're told Charlie told the judge, "Thank you."
Brooke, who was in court as well, had her lawyers ask the judge to suspend his visitation rights with the twins, but the judge rejected her request. Sources tell us Brooke wants Denise Richards REMOVED as temporary guardian of the twins, but that didn't happen.
By the way ... Brooke's lawyer made a big deal about the pic of the birthday cake for Brooke with a grenade on top ... but the judge didn't make a big deal of it.

Chief Keef is headed back to jail ... and proudly blasted the news out to the world after a judge slapped him with a 90 day sentence.
Keef, aka Keith Cozart, tweeted ... "Judge Putting me Back in jail See y'all later."
A Chicago judge sent Keef to a jail rehab facility because he reportedly failed a random drug test.
As we previously reported ... the 18-year-old rapper gets tested as part of his probation for a speeding ticket -- cops clocked him doing 110 mph in a 55, back in May.
This is Chief's second F on a drug test -- just last month he got 20 days in jail, but was released shortly after due to jail overcrowding.

Goonies never say die ... except when it comes to marriage -- TMZ has learned, "Goonies" star Robert Davi's wife has filed for divorce.
Davi's wife Christine filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. The couple was married in 1990 and separated this week after 23 years. They have two minor children, 12-year-old twins.
According to the docs, Christine wants legal and physical custody of the kids. She wants Robert to get visitation.
In addition, she wants Robert -- who also starred in movies like "Die Hard," "Showgirls," and "License to Kill" -- to pay her attorney's fees as well as spousal support.
We reached out to Robert for comment, and he told us the couple has actually been amicably separated for years.

“20/20” co-anchor Elizabeth Vargas has been MIA for weeks ... and now we know why -- she's been in rehab for alcohol abuse.
Vargas checked into rehab a couple weeks ago -- according to the NY Daily News -- and will remain in treatment for a few weeks more. She'll return to "20/20" when she's released from the rehab facility.
Vargas released a statement saying she suffers from addiction, claiming, "I realized I was becoming increasingly dependent on alcohol. And I feel fortunate to have recognized it for the problem it was becoming."
She adds, "Like so many others, I will deal with this challenge one day at a time."
ABC says it fully supports her and looks forward to welcoming Vargas back.

was smokin' hot both figuratively and literally last night ... because
we've learned she almost went up in flames at her local bar.Sources at The Tipsy Goat in Thousand Oaks tell us, Paulina was sitting on the edge of one of the bar's outdoor fire pits when she turned to throw a cigarette into the flames.
We're told as she turned ... a corner of Paulina's sweater slipped into the pit, and before she knew it the entire thing was engulfed in flames.
Eyewitnesses say Paulina and several bar patrons ripped off her sweater -- or what was left of it -- and onlookers jumped into action, extinguishing the flames.
Paulina's people tell us ... she's fine.
That fire pit has caused Paulina trouble in the past. We're told she was once booted from the joint for dancing on the very same pit.
